About WisE Heart Well-being
Welcome to Wise Heart Well-Being. My practice is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for healing, growth, and self-leadership. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Psychedelic Integration and other therapeutic modalities, I help clients reconnect with their wisest inner guidance, access self-compassion and bring lasting insight into their everyday lives.
My Approach
I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy — a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps you explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment or shame. I also offer Psychedelic Integration therapy, supporting clients in making meaning of their experiences and translating insight into lasting change.
Build a kinder, more trusting relationship with yourself
Heal the parts of you that carry pain, trauma, or self-criticism
Access your wisest Self — the calm, clear, confident presence within you
Integrate meaningful experiences into your everyday life and relationships
About Me
I'm Julie Harris, a licensed therapist and trained practitioner in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and a Psychedelic Integration specialist. Over the years, I've worked with adults facing trauma, anxiety, self-criticism, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
What guides my work is the belief that you already carry the medicine you need — therapy is often the space where your can emerge. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to every session.
